Dmitry Volkov (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an businessman and academic. He established Social Discovery Group, an international internet organization with primary location in Malta, and co-owns Dating Group.

In 2016, he initiated the SDG Foundation.

He has obtained a PhD in philosophical research and helped create the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Philosophy Department of Moscow State University.
